1. What PostPilot is

PostPilot ("the Application") is a self-hosted scheduling tool operated as a private, single-operator installation. It publishes the operator's own content to the operator's own social media accounts through the platforms' official APIs.

2. Acceptable use

The Application is used only to schedule and publish content the operator owns or is authorized to publish.
The Application is not used for spam, mass posting, engagement manipulation, or publishing content that violates the law or the policies of the connected platforms.
Use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms: Meta Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Accounts and security

The operator connects accounts exclusively through each platform's official OAuth flow. The Application never requests, stores or handles account passwords. The operator may revoke the Application's access at any time from the platform's settings or by disconnecting the account within the Application.

4. Content responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for the content published through the Application, including its accuracy, legality and compliance with each platform's rules.

5. Availability and warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party APIs whose availability and behavior may change; the Application does not guarantee that any post will be published at the exact scheduled time.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
