PostPilot

PostPilot is a self-hosted scheduling tool for short-form video publishing. It imports a CSV of planned posts, validates the media, and publishes each video automatically at its scheduled time — to the platforms you explicitly select.

How it works

• Import or upload. Bring a CSV of scheduled posts, or upload individual videos and pick an explicit destination for each one.
• Connect your own accounts. PostPilot uses only the official platform APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API) through standard OAuth. It never asks for your passwords and never uses scraping or browser automation.
• Publish on schedule. A background worker publishes each post at its scheduled time and tracks the result, with automatic retries for temporary errors.
• Review the results. Post-level reports show views, likes and comments retrieved through the official analytics APIs.

Who it is for

PostPilot is operated as a private, single-operator installation: the operator connects their own social media accounts and schedules their own content. It is not a public service and does not accept third-party users.

TikTok integration

PostPilot publishes to TikTok through the official Content Posting API (Direct Post). Before every post, it queries the creator's current settings and only offers the privacy options TikTok reports as available for the account. Comments, Duet and Stitch settings follow the creator's own configuration.
